WIDER project

What is WIDER

WIDER stands for World Internet Data Explorer. It is a collaboration project between Vanilla and Afrinic, to create a web application that displays data provided to us from stats.labs.apnic.net in an user friendly way.

We have built WIDER on a framework called Wazimap which was brought to us from OpenUp, who have built their project on another Django application called Census. Even though Wazimap and Census are typically used for census data, we have adapted this system to our market data.
